Understanding committee website disclaimer requirements

September 25, 2023

Does your campaign, party committee, or PAC maintain a public website? If so, does it have the proper disclaimer on it?

For more information on the language requirements for website disclaimers, as well as those for other types of communications, please visit the Advertising and disclaimers page on the FEC website.
